Foothill Model Works

The following is quick rundown of how to order from Foothill Model Works. We can currently take your order by phone, email, or U.S. Mail. Unfortunately, our ISP doesn't allow the kind of automated forms processing necessary to take orders over the internet with the kind of account we have. Important Note: Don't send your credit card information to us via e-mail! E-mail is as secure as using a CB radio and we don't want you to risk such important personal information as your credit card number in this way.

When ordering from us, please provide us with the following information:

Ship To/Bill To Addresses:

Your Full Name.
Your Street Address.
Your City, State and ZIP Code.
Your Phone Number
In case we have questions about your order. Required for credit card purchases.
Foreign Orders:
Your Country and your complete address.
If your Billing/Mailing Address is different, please provide us with that as well.

List of Products Your Ordering:

Quantity of Each Item Ordered.
Stock Number.
A Breif Description of Each Item.
The Price and Total Price for Each Item.

Determining The Total Bill:

California Residents:
- Add 7.375% Sales Tax. (Effective 1/01/2017.)
Add Shipping and Handling:
- Domestic Orders
  - All orders billed at cost.
  - Check/M.O. customers should get cost estimate before sending in order.
  - All domestic orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service only.
- Foreign Orders:
  - Total shipping costs will be billed after your order is shipped and are due upon receipt of invoice.
  - Please state your shipping preference on your order.

Methods of Payment:

Check/Money Orders:
- Checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks should be made out to "Foothill Model Works" and must be payable in U.S. funds.
Credit Cards:
- We currently accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
- We will not charge your card until your order is shipped.
- All credit card orders must provide the following information:
  - Name as it appears on the card.
  - Card number.
  - Expiration date.
  - Credit card billing street address.
  - Credit card billing ZIP code.
  - Your credit card's CVV2 number (the three digit number printed in the signature section on the back of your card).
  - Your phone number.
  - Please also sign your order when ordering by FAX or mail.
Paying Online:
- We can now invoice through PayPal to accept, secure, online payments.
- Place your order with us via mail, fax, phone, or email and we will generate an invoice on PayPal. The rest of the payment transaction will then be processed via PayPal’s secure, online servers.
- A valid email address must be provided with your order.

Order Forms:

If this list is hard to read, you can always download the following copies of our order blanks in PDF format, print them, fill them out, and send it in to us. These files can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader, available from Adobe.
